Please note that you can only make changes to your residential address using the Tim Hortons app. To change your name, phone number, or email address, you'll need to contact Customer Support at 1-855-505-1964.
To make changes to your residential address, sign in to Tims Financial through the Tim Hortons app.
Follow the instructions below to update your residential address:
- Sign in to Tims Financial from the Tim Hortons app.
- Navigate to the profile icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Select the Profile tab
- Tap Edit next to Residential address and enter your updated address.
