If I forget my password, how do I reset it?

If you forget your password, you can reset it by signing in to Tims Financial in the Tim Hortons app and following the instructions below.

 To update your password:

1. From the Tims Financial Homepage tile click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen to access your account settings.
2. Choose Authentication Options from the menu. 
3. Tap the update button next to the password field.
4. On the update password page, click on the Forgot Password link.
5. This will take you to the forgot password page.
6. On the forgot password page, follow the instructions to choose a new password of your choice.
7. Confirm your new password by entering it again.

You're all set! You can now use your new password to sign in to Tims Financial moving forward.
