If you do not recognize a transaction from your statement or card activity, freeze your card immediately through the Tim Hortons app.
To freeze your Tims Mastercard in the app:
- First, sign in to the Tims Financial tile on the Tim Hortons app.
- Select Tims Mastercard from the My Accounts section.
- From your Tims Mastercard account, click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Card Management, Tap the Freeze card toggle to instantly freeze your Tims Credit Card.
Next, contact our Customer Support Team at 1-855-505-1964. They'll investigate the purchase and, if necessary, issue a new Tims Mastercard.
