If you've lost or misplaced your Tims Mastercard, you can freeze your account at any time to prevent unauthorized payments while you look for it. For instructions on how to freeze your account, click here
If you suspect your card has been stolen, please report it to Tims Financial by following the instructions below.
To report a stolen card and/or order a replacement card:
- Tap the Tims Financial tile in the Tim Hortons app.
- Select Tims Mastercard from the My accounts section.
- From your Tims Mastercard account, click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Scroll down and select Report card as lost or stolen and follow the on-screen instructions.
