Why was my Tims Mastercard transaction declined?

To find the details about your declined transaction(s) please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to Tims Financial via the Tim Hortons app
  • Select your Tims Mastercard account
  • Scroll down and tap on the declined transaction
  • The decline reason will be displayed
