How to dispute a transaction on my Tims Mastercard ?

If you do not recognize a transaction from your statement or card activity, freeze your card immediately through the Tim Hortons app.

To freeze your Tims Mastercard in the app:

  1. First, sign in to the Tims Financial tile on the Tim Hortons app.
  2. Select Tims Mastercard from the My Accounts section.
  3. From your Tims Mastercard account, click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Under Card Management, Tap the Freeze card toggle to instantly freeze your Tims Credit Card.

Next, contact our Customer Support Team at 1-855-505-1964. They'll investigate the purchase and, if necessary, issue a new Tims Mastercard.
